The Kosciuszko Foundation Wieniawski Violin Competition

The Kosciuszko Foundation Wieniawski Violin Competition was established to honor Poland's great 19th century composer. It continues to encourage gifted young violinists to further their studies, and to perform the works of Wieniawski, Szymanowski, and other Polish composers.

Prizes: $5,000 / 2,500 / 1,500

The Competition is held every two years, and is next scheduled for Spring 2009.
